1.Where do you ship from and ship to ?

We ship from China and ship all over the world, you can enjoy shopping on our website.

2. How long it takes for delivery?

We process order after receive payment.
It usually takes 3-10 work days to process order before shipping
the delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. However, there is regional variations which beyond our control, please kindly be patient to wait for package.
Here are three shipping methods as following:
Flat Rate Shipping 15-20 days
Standard Shipping 10-15days
Expedited Shipping 5-8 days
You can choose one of the shipping methods when you place order.

There is weight limit for flat/standard shipping , if it is overweight, expedited shipping is the best choice for the order.

 

3.How we calculate the postage or shipping cost?
Generally, shipping is mainly calculated by weight and area ,the more you purchase will be more worthy.

You can choose the shipping method when you place order, it will show you price accordingly.

 

Flat Rate Shipping Calculated by first and continuation weight

First weight=0.1kg，price of first weight=$6.5,

Continuation weight=0.1kg，price of continuation weight=$1.6,

 

If weight≤0.1kg, the shipping fee=$6.5

If 0.5kg If 1kg If 1.5kg ......

 

Standard Shipping Calculated by first and continuation weight

First weight=0.1kg，price of first weight=$12,

Continuation weight=0.1kg，price of continuation weight=$1.9,

If weight≤0.1kg, the shipping fee=$12

If 0.5kg If 1kg If 1.5kg ......

What is the processing time?

1.After we receive your order, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the estimated processing time is about 4-10 business days.

2. Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in

(usually in Jan or Feb), Labor Day (1st May-3rd May every year) Chinese National Day (1st Oct -7th,Oct every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these period as the service from all of our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. It usually cause a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays and inconvenience in those period and highly appreciate your patience
